We took our semi-nervous terrier to Paw Prints for the first time about 6 weeks ago and it was just perfect! She got everything done for her for an extremely low price. She looked wonderful when she was finished, and they were so patient and kind to her. I would not go anywhere else. I am very happy to have found the perfect groomer for our Rosie.

I wanted Paw Prints to groom my little Shih Tzu as a "ShihTzu" should look with that cute face with little beard, long hair tail,long hair ears, and with bows on her head instead of a scarf. (they gave me the option of bows or scarf) (The last groomer I took her to had totally shaved my doggie to the skin all except her tail. She looked awful, and I didn't want this to happen again.) I came back a few minutes before she was due to be picked up, and a gal ran toward the front counter waving her hands, "Please don't come in here, your dog is growling and biting at us and I don't want her to see you yet". I've had my doggie to groomers numerous times and she has never ever become unruly with any groomer. I left and returned a while later and I was shocked to see that they had shaved her face completely, (leaving no cute little beard), trimmed her ears too short, and left no hair on her head for any kind of bow. Plus that her face smelled bad. I questioned this smell and was told my dog had allergies and her face would always smell like that. Well, that is not true. She has NO allergies of any kind and she has never "smelled" like that coming home from any other groomer. (I'm sure they just didn't bother to wash her face or nose area) I don't know what happened in that shop, but my doggie growled and snarled at me all the way home and she whines each time I touch her ears. They charged me almost $40 for this so I shall never go back there.
